About Our Charity Registration & Disclosure Statement
The Kansas State University Foundation (“Foundation”) is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization soliciting tax deductible private contributions for the benefit of KansasStateUniversity. The Foundation is registered to solicit charitable contributions with the appropriate governing authorities in all states requiring registration. A copy of the Foundation’s current financial statement is available by writing to the Foundation at 1800 Kimball Ave., Suite 200, Manhattan, KS 66502, Attn: Director of Tax & Compliance, by calling toll-free 800-432-1578, or by accessing our Web site at www.found.ksu.edu.
The Foundation has retained Ruffalo Noel Levitz, LLC (“RNL”) a paid professional fundraiser/solicitor, to assist with telefund campaigns. Separate disclosures are available at www.found.ksu.edu/telefund.
